SimPlatform, an industrial AIoT(Artificial Intelligence of Things) platform company, has successfully attracted significant investor interest in its public offering, posting a high subscription rate.
The company announced on March 13 that it achieved a subscription ratio of 913.05:1 in its public offering to individual investors. This resulted in approximately 1.6 trillion won in subscription deposits. SimPlatform is set to list on the KOSDAQ market on March 21, following the payment deadline on March 14. Based on the final offering price of 15,000 won per share, the company’s expected market capitalization is around 100 billion won.
CEO Kang Tae-shin of SimPlatform commented, "The high subscription rate reflects the market's positive evaluation of our technological capabilities and growth potential. Through a successful listing, we aim to further increase our corporate value and meet investors' expectations with continuous growth."
Earlier, the company had finalized the public offering price at the top of the price range(15,000 won) following a demand forecast for institutional investors. 99% of the total bids during the demand forecast suggested prices at or above the top end of the proposed range, and 9.7% of the bids were above the upper limit, reflecting strong recognition of SimPlatform's growth potential and corporate value.

The company offers its 'NUBISON AIoT' platform, which integrates IoT connectivity solutions, explainable AI analytics solutions, and AI model management operations(MLOps). The platform provides solutions for applying AI in industrial settings, with over 50 clients across various industries, including manufacturing, public services, healthcare, and agriculture.
