SimPlatform, which is preparing for its KOSDAQ listing, announced on March 10 that it has finalized its IPO price at 15,000 won per share, the upper limit of the initially proposed range(13,000–15,000 won), following strong demand from institutional investors.
The demand forecast process attracted participation from 2,135 domestic and international institutional investors, resulting in a subscription ratio of 1,213.84 to 1. Notably, 99% of institutional investors placed bids at or above the highest price level.
Founded in 2011, SimPlatform specializes in AIoT(Artificial Intelligence + Internet of Things) technology, leveraging its solutions to efficiently collect, analyze, and utilize industrial data.
Kang Tae-shin, CEO of SimPlatform, stated, "Through this IPO, our AIoT technology has once again been recognized by the market. We aim to lead digital transformation in industrial sectors and establish ourselves as a competitive player."
SimPlatform will conduct its public subscription process from March 11 to 12, with its KOSDAQ debut scheduled for March 21. KB Securities is the lead underwriter.
