On the 21st, VECT, a one-stop total visual solution provider for digital signage, announced that it has submitted a securities registration statement to the Financial Services Commission and has officially started the process for listing on the KOSDAQ market.
VECT plans to offer a total of 4.75 million shares, with the desired price range set between 3,500 and 3,900 won. At the upper end of this range, the offering is expected to raise approximately 18.5 billion won. The demand forecast for institutional investors will take place over five trading days starting November 22, with the subscription for retail investors scheduled for December 4-5. Shinhan Securities is the lead underwriter.
Founded in 2006, VECT provides one-stop total visual solutions for digital signage, offering services from project planning to hardware production, installation, system operation, and after-sales management. The company specializes in advanced digital signage hardware and software solutions for a wide range of purposes.
Over the past 18 years, VECT has completed projects for more than 10000 clients, leveraging its strong planning capabilities. The company operates in various fields, including exhibitions, performances, outdoor advertising, media art, outdoor media facades, interactive educational media, smart learning, and virtual reality(VR) sports. VECT produces and distributes a variety of digital signage hardware products, including projectors, LED billboards, digital information displays(DIDs), electronic whiteboards, and e-podiums, securing price competitiveness and driving continuous growth. Last year, VECT recorded consolidated revenue of 68.9 billion won and operating profit of 4 billion won. For the first half of this year, the company reported consolidated revenue of 34.9 billion won and operating profit of 2.3 billion won.
